Frequently Asked Questions

All orders are shipped within 1 business day. From there, our free shipping method will take 2-5 business days to reach you within the US. Selecting an alternate shipping option at checkout will alter delivery times.

Besides our free shipping via USPS first class, we offer priority mail (2-3 day) and priority mail express (1-2 day) shipments. Each are available at checkout for a nominal fee.

Our policy is to never sell what we do not physically have available in our warehouse. If the item is listed for sale, then we have it currently in stock. We do not keep our customers in limbo waiting on products to arrive.

Easy! Check the item details to see whether there is a green check for polarized or a red X for not polarized. If you are still unsure, simply send us a message and we will help you out!

Only orders which ship to Florida are subject to a 6% sales tax.

We have a free 30 day return policy*. Simply visit our returns page and you will be able to print off a prepaid shipping label to send the item back.


Item must be sent back in the original condition as received and with all accompanying accessories and product box. We only charge a restocking fee should the item be sent back in used condition or is missing accessories or the box.

We are not an authorized retailer of any of the brands we sell which allows us to offer them to you at the lowest price possible. To be assured of the authenticity, you can take any item purchased from us to a local retailer to compare against their display models. We can guarantee you with 100% certainty that the items will be the exact same. We only sell 100% original brand name merchandise.

Unfortunately, we are not able to order specific models per customer request. If we do not have the model you are looking for, please reach out to us and we can see if we are expecting it anytime soon.

Unfortunately, due to our already low pricing, we are not able to offer any additional discounts if purchasing more than 1 item. We do however have weekly sales, so please make sure to sign up for our newsletter.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer prescription lenses for any of the frames which we sell. Eyeglasses ship with clear plastic demo lenses with the manufacturer logo.

Quickly reach out to us via site chat or phone. If your order has yet to be processed, then your address can still be changed. If your order has already been shipped, we have no way to alter the shipping address of the package.

Check under ” Item Details”. We will have what is included next to “condition”.  We also have the included items shown in the product photos to avoid any confusion.

Certainly! We can match sale prices on our site for 30 days after placing your order. Simply reach out to us via one of our many contact methods and we will get the appropriate credit issued.

Unfortunately, we do not currently support international shipments. Keep an eye out though, as it is coming soon!

Products which are set at our “inventory blowout” price are limited to one(1) pair per customer. Unfortunately, we do not have anyway around this limit. We appreciate your understanding!
